Enbrel Drug

(800) 889-3898

Enbrel drug was approved for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Associated to instances of deadly infection, including sepsis, Enbrel drug has had new warnings issued for its labeling after the FDA was receiving reports that the patients affected by Enbrel drug had only been using the drug for under sixteen weeks and as early as two weeks. The manufacturer of Enbrel drug sent a Dear Doctor letter in 1999 to alert physicians of the dangers that Enbrel drug had been associated to.

In 2002, Chicago researchers found more dangerous Enbrel drug side effects, linking the drug to rare lupus symptoms. The lupus side effects were suffered in Enbrel drug patients that had been using it between six weeks and 14 months. Lupus can be very severe, resulting in Enbrel drug damage such as kidney, heart, lung, or brain damage.
