Foradil Lawsuit

Foradil lawsuits are personal injury cases in which patients who have developed severe Foradil side effects seek compensation for their injuries.

Produced by Novartis (a Swiss pharmaceutical manufacturer), Foradil is an inhaled bronchodilator, a medication that can improve breathing by relaxing and opening up the airways. • In November 2005, the FDA asked Novartis to include stronger warning labels on Foradil's packaging.

• In March 2008, the FDA warned patients that they should only use Foradil as indicated, meaning that patients should only inhale Foradil capsules via the aerolizer device (rather than simply swallowing the capsules themselves).
