Zyprexa® Diabetes

Zyprexa® diabetes links are being made more and more these days as studies suggest its link is greater than previously thought. The link for Zyprexa® diabetes was made and while Zyprexa® maker Eli Lilly continues to argue there is no conclusive evidence proving a Zyprexa® diabetes link, mounting evidence shows otherwise. There was enough evidence of a Zyprexa® diabetes link for the European Union and Japan to demand the company put prominent Zyprexa® diabetes warnings on the drugs labeling.

The FDA has not required that Eli Lilly include obvious Zyprexa® diabetes warnings on the labeling, despite the reports of 288 Zyprexa® diabetes including 23 Zyprexa® diabetes deaths. While there is mention of Zyprexa® diabetes risks in the adverse events sections of Zyprexa® labeling, the mention is only brief and was buried in the middle of other events, according to the Public Citizen consumer group. Even The American Journal of Medicine December 15, 2001 issue included FDA staff members reporting on another Zyprexa® diabetes link.

Eli Lilly is beginning to face a growing number of Zyprexa® diabetes lawsuits as more patients are recognizing serious adverse effects. The company has enjoyed great success despite the Zyprexa® diabetes reports as the worlds best selling schizophrenia drug. In addition to the Zyprexa® diabetes link, there are also studies suggesting its superiority over older drugs is modest, specific to certain symptoms.
